Inclusive Service Design: In Search of Better Services

Service Design focuses on designing services which are usable and desirable from the users’ perspective, efficient different organizations’ perspective. However, users diverse possess a variety of capabilities, needs, desires, presents specific challenges for Designers. Inclusive is an approach to products that addresses needs widest possible audience, irrespective age or ability. Draw upon these two approaches, this paper aims present concept inclusive service design as essential element in better services. The potential benefits such were explored through series qualitative studies bus Guadalajara, Mexico.Based research, several advantages improvement identified, drawn richness data generated by younger older customers, uniqueness information gained them. Likewise, value big picture obtained stakeholders. This highlights areas where designers can help reduce gap between what providers do broad range expect need.
